• Ready-to-Ship Orders: These are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding holidays and weekends), with shipping commencing the next business day.
• Pre-Orders & Custom Orders: Production for these items typically takes approximately 6-8 weeks. Once complete, orders will be processed within 7-10 business days (excluding holidays and weekends), beginning the next business day after production is finished.

Please note that actual delivery times will depend on the shipping method selected by the customer. Choosing a paid shipping option only affects the shipping method and does not expedite the processing time of the order.

Yes, we strive to combine shipping for multiple items whenever possible. However, due to the complexities of logistics, this may not always be feasible or lead to cost savings. Shipping refunds will only be issued if the savings exceed $4.50.

Please note that orders qualifying for free shipping will not be combined. If you wish to combine your orders, kindly email us with all relevant order numbers, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

• Remove the Wax from the metal container.
• Place it in a microwave-safe dish.
• Heat on medium power for 5-10 seconds at a time, checking frequently. Microwaves vary in power, so adjust heating time as needed and avoid overheating.
• Heat only until the wax is slightly softened, just enough to make chopping easier.
